• Medical Silicone Molding

  We specialize in molding medical silicone prototypes from your solid models, but we also have the ability to mold short run quantities for you until high volume production tooling is available.

• Silicone Micromolding

  Albright Technologies, Inc. has developed a micro tooling and micro molding process of medical silicone parts for you. These parts have features that are not visible to the human eye.

• Silicone Process Development

  We work with customers to extend the boundaries for liquid silicone rubbers. We are continuously developing new processes and silicone formulations so that you, our customers, can design and build devices that push the limits of technology.

• Quality

  Your prototype medical silicone molding is done in an ISO 7 Controlled Environment. Our ISO 13485 registered quality system assures you of the high quality standard.

• Rapid Silicone Tooling

  We provide you with our team of highly skilled in engineers, tool designing, and tool makers. Utilizing Solid Works, Mastercam, and high speed machining allows you to have prototypes in your hands with in a week or less.

• Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)

  When provided with a solid mold, we can provide Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) parts in as fast as one day. PDMS can be compression or injection molded and are commonly used for Biomedical and Medical applications. We can also bond Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) to various thermoplastics, metals and silicone rubbers.

• Silicone Gaskets

  Albright Technologies provides its customers rapid silicone prototyping using compression, transfer and liquid silicone injection molding. Application for silicone gaskets includes medical, implantable, micro gaskets, as well as gaskets and o-rings for government, military, industrial and consumer products.
