Albright Technologies specializes in manufacturing prototype and low volume production silicone components for Medical, Pharmaceutical, Military and Consumer Goods applications. We have extensive silicone molding experience and can help you with silicone material selection, prototyping and design for manufacturability and scalable molding methods.
Our Team
Bob WaittPresident, Partner Bob’s primary function is managing the technical business operations of the company, which include; tool design, fabrication, (medical) silicone knowledge, and production management. Bob is also involved in the quality assurance process as well as new business development. Bob has been with Albright for over ten (10) years. He has worked his way up from a mold operator, tool maker, project engineer, and quality manager. He played an integral role in setting up the quality management system that allowed Albright the opportunity to become ISO 13485 registered. Bob’s engineering background, as well as his practical experience, has allowed him to be a key contributor to the development of new and innovative tool designs and manufacturing techniques that allow Albright to expand the boundaries of medical silicone and thermoplastic micro molding. Bob holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University, Class of 2006. He enjoys traveling, playing sports, and is a HUGE fan of Boston sports teams. |

Matthew BontSenior Quality Engineer Matt performs many roles including management of the ISO 13485 quality system, quality assurance, and quality engineering. His engineering efforts include continual process improvement, development of new and existing technologies, metrology, tool design and fabrication, process research and validation, and R&D. After interning for two years and earning a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England College Class of 2009, Matt joined Albright Technologies full time. Kevin FranzinoProject Engineer Kevin received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT. He has been with Albright Technologies, Inc. for over two years where he does development work on silicone medical devices. He lives in Connecticut, with his wife (Megan) and their two dogs (Abby and Ripley).

Phayhean SooProject Engineer Prior to joining Albright Technologies, Hean was an intern and a part-time employee at Berry Plastics. After starting at Albright Technologies in May 2011 as an intern, he recently became a full-time employee as a Project Engineer in Training. Currently his responsibilities include, designing molds, programming codes for tools, inspecting articles, setting up a LIM machine and anything else that helps the team move forward. Hean received his Associates degree in Liberal Arts and a concentration in Physical Science from Middlesex Community College in 2008, and a Bachelors degree in Plastics Engineering with a business minor from UMass Lowell in 2011. |
